Issue with reset password emails.

Incident began at 2016-08-09 12:00 and ended at 2016-08-10 15:00 (all times are US/Pacific).

We experienced an issue with password reset emails for projects using the 2.X SDK that have whitelabel emails set up, all normal reset password emails were unaffected. This issue has been resolved as of 15:00 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
