We experienced an issue with Cloud Firestore where some projects saw a brief amount of high latencies and timeouts that started at 6:00 PM US/Pacific and has been resolved for all affected projects as of 8:20 PM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
