APNs credential update disruption

We experienced an issue with APNs credential management in the Firebase console where users could not upload their credentials. The issue has been resolved for all affected as of 13:30 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
