Incident began at 2019-04-12 12:00 and ended at 2019-05-15 13:52 (all times are US/Pacific).

| May 14, 2019 | 14:06 | Firebase Cloud Messaging experienced an issue with Topic Messaging where approx. 5% of topics became dissociated from their subscription base. The issue was mitigated on May 10th, and our Engineers are working to reassociate topics with their subscriber base. No customer data was lost, but remediation is expected to take a week to complete. We will provide another status update by Wednesday, 2019-05-15 14:00 US/Pacific with current details. |

| May 10, 2019 | 20:50 | Some FCM topic subscriptions were deleted. We've stopped the deletion and we are looking into if recovery of the deleted subscriptions is possible (subscriptions created within ios should resubscribe automatically when the app is opened, subscriptions created by your servers do not automatically resubscribe). |
