Issue with uploading APNS certificates

The issue should be resolved. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are investigating an issue with the APN uploads through the console. We will provide more information as soon as it's available.
