Issue displaying Firebase Project on the Firebase Console

Incident began at 2017-08-09 22:00 and ended at 2017-08-10 01:30 (all times are US/Pacific).

We experienced an issue with the Firebase Console where users that were newly added to a project might not have seen it in their list of projects. The issue has been resolved for all affected projects as of 01:30 AM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence
