Unable to Change Authentication Sign-In Method in Firebase Console

The issue with the Firebase Console should have been resolved for all affected users as of 2017-12-14 4:16 PM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are investigating an issue with Firebase Console in changing the sign-in method of projects. We will post an update with more information once it is available.
