Issue with Firebase Dynamic Links

We experienced an issue with Firebase Dynamic Link when creating FDL in the Firebase Console that has been resolved for all affected projects as of 16:47 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
