The issue with editing existing links in the Dynamic Links dashboard should have been resolved for all affected users as of 02:13 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are aware of an issue with editing existing links in the Dynamic Links dashboard and are working on a fix. New link creation is unaffected.
