The issue has been resolved. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

There is an ongoing issue with Cloud Functions that is causing failed deployments. Previously deployed functions are unaffected. We recommend not deploying functions until the issue is resolved.
