Issue with Functions deployment

We experienced an issue with Cloud Functions which caused deployment failures for some developers. This has been resolved for all affected projects as of 02:28 PM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
