Issue with Cloud Functions Deployments

We experienced an issue with Cloud Functions deployments through the Firebase CLI. This has been resolved for all affected projects as of 01:50 PM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
