Issue with Cloud Functions deployment

The issue with Firebase Cloud Functions which affected the ability deploy through the Firebase CLI, should have been resolved for all affected projects as of 10:30 AM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
