Function Logs are having delays to display

The issue has been resolved. The logs should be displayed without the delays now. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Cloud Functions, where the Logs are having delays by up to 50 minutes to display in the Firebase Console and StackDriver logs. We apologize for the customers that are affected by this delay
