Cloud Functions not executing
Incident began at 2017-09-12 10:45 and ended at 2017-09-12 15:15 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue has been resolved. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

The issue is in the process of getting fixed, the error rates for function deployments and executions have dropped to less than 20%.

We're currently still investigating the issue, but the functions are expected to receive "finished with status: 'load timeout'" in the logs.
