Investigating an issue deploying Cloud Functions.

The issue is believed to be resolved. We are following up with affected customers to verify they are again able to deploy.

We have received reports that some users are getting "500" errors when deploying Cloud Functions. At this time there is no indication that these errors are preventing existing Cloud Functions from executing. We are currently investigating both the number of impacted customers and the root cause.
