Cloud Functions is operating normally again. We apologize for the inconvenience. The disruption was caused by a networking failure in Google data centers that affected Firebase services. See the Cloud status page for more information: https://status.cloud.google.com/incident/cloud-networking/18004

We are investigating an issue with Cloud Functions and other Google services, particularly in region us-central1. Both function deployments and function executions may be affected. We will provide more information soon.
