Cloud Storage triggered Functions deploys failing

We experienced an issue in deploying new Cloud Functions that respond to Storage events. Functions that were already deployed were unaffected and executed as expected. The issue started at 02:00 AM US/Pacific and has been resolved for all affected users as of 10:00 AM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
