The rollout has been successfully completed, and the service should be fully restored.

The issue was caused by a rollout of a change in a dependent service. The new version is being rolled back now, but error rates have elevated to 100% since the rollout completed. Service should be restored within the next 60 minutes.

Hosting deploy error rates are elevated due to availability issues in a dependent service. We are working to address the issue. In the meantime, retrying your deploy may work after repeated attempts.
