| Oct 23, 2016 | 18:46 | The database sizer process which is responsible for reporting billing storage went down at midnight Friday. We fixed the issue Sunday, and we were able to recover 24 hour old tasks. The end result is storage consumption stats for Saturday are missing from user dashboard and also storage use for this period is unbilled. This affects all appmanager based customers. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence. |
