Issue with Firebase Realtime Database: NSS-120

Incident began at 2016-11-15 08:00 and ended at 2016-11-15 12:30 (all times are US/Pacific).

We experienced an issue with Firebase Realtime Database where NSS-120 saw increased latency starting 8:00 AM US/Pacific and has been resolved for all affected projects as of 12:30 pm US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
