Issue with Realtime Database: downtime for nss-104, nss-106, and nss-122

Incident began at 2016-12-05 01:50 and ended at 2016-12-05 02:00 (all times are US/Pacific).

We experienced a brief downtime for nss-104, nss-106, and nss-122 that has been resolved for all affected (projects) as of 2:00 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
