Elevated Latency on NSS-108
Incident began at 2017-02-18 22:30 and ended at 2017-02-19 11:15 (all times are US/Pacific).

We experienced increased latency on NSS-108, which customers may have observed higher than usual latency, disconnects and slow reconnects. The problem has been fully resolved for all affected projects as of 02/19/2017 11:15 AM US/Pacific. For everyone who was affected, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
