The issue with downtime for NSS 129 should have been resolved for all affected users as of 22:45 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

The issue for NSS-129 has continued. We have determined that we need to reset the server. There was 5 full minutes of downtime from 22:05 to 22:10 US/Pacific.
