Issue with Firebase Realtime Database: NSS-117

The downtime of NSS-117 has been resolved for all affected projects as of 10:10 AM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
