Issue with users authenticating on NSS-130

The issue with authentication on NSS 130 should have been resolved for all affected projects as of 07:23 AM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are experiencing issues with authentication on NSS 130 starting around 6:35 AM. We are currently investigating the root cause and we will provide an update by 08:20 AM US/Pacific.
