We experienced an issue with Firebase Realtime Database where NSS-128 saw a brief amount of downtime that started at 04:30 AM US/Pacific and has been resolved for all affected projects as of 04:45 AM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
