Incident began at 2018-02-14 06:10 and ended at 2018-02-14 09:30 (all times are US/Pacific).

NSS 221 and 233 have been drained. Affected customers on those servers should be working again. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
