RTDB experiencing high number of networking failures

We experienced an issue with Realtime Database regarding high levels of connectivity failure. This has been resolved for all affected project as of 2:20P.M. PST. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
