The issue has been resolved for all affected projects. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

A persistence backend was overloaded, resulting in significantly increased latencies for some customers. The issue has been mitigated and we are monitoring the situation.
