The issue with Firebase Realtime Database has been resolved for all affected projects as of Friday, 2020-02-28 18:53 US/Pacific.

During the time of impact customers may have seen:

  • Admin requests failing both using REST and SDKs (that includes most of requests from functions.)

  • All requests failing if the instance was cold during that period.

  • New instance creations, billing changes and other administrative tasks returning errors.
