FTL ongoing problem with some devices
Incident began at 2016-11-21 19:30 and ended at 2016-12-01 16:10 (all times are US/Pacific).

After testing, 2.4Ghz devices are now stable. The issue should be resolved. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are still investigating the issue, for the meantime here are the list of the affected devices: Galaxy J5, Moto E, Nexus 4, Moto G (1st Gen), Moto G (3rd Gen). We will provide another status update by next week. For everyone who is affected, we apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing.
