Partial Outage in Firebase Test Lab

Incident began at 2017-07-28 20:40 and ended at 2017-07-29 10:54 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue is now resolved for all affected users as of 10:54AM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

Firebase Test Lab is experiencing a partial outage in which we are seeing a significant percentage of INCONCLUSIVE results from executions. This is caused by underlying storage issues. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible and will update this message when we have more information.
