Autologin account creation not working with Test Lab
Incident began at 2018-04-07 15:41 and ended at 2018-04-10 15:00 (all times are US/Pacific).

The solution got deployed to production at 3pm. The issue should be resolved.

We are testing a solution for account creation issue and intend to release it very soon.

We are deploying a mitigation which will allow our existing customers to continue to use the auto-login feature while our new customers will have auto-login disabled but will still be able to run tests and crawl apps.
For everyone who is affected, we apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing.

FTL is experiencing some issues with creating accounts. So we have disabled the workflow that adds accounts to the device. The tests that rely on this will be broken. We are working on a workaround to unblock existing customers who already have accounts with us.
