Firebase Hosting Metadata service is returning errors on new deployments in US-east and Europe based regions.

19 Aug 2019	16:36 PDT	The issue with the Firebase Hosting Metadata service returning errors on new deployments in US-east and Europe based regions has been resolved for all affected projects as of Monday, 2019-08-19 16:35 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
19 Aug 2019	16:26 PDT	Description: The issue with Firebase Hosting Metadata service, returning errors on new deployments in US-east and Europe based regions, should be resolved for the majority of users and we expect a full resolution in the near future. We will provide another status update by Monday, 2019-08-19 17:05 US/Pacific with current details. Diagnosis: Users may see 500 Internal errors when attempting to deploy. Serving of content from existing deployments is unaffected. Workaround: None at this time.
19 Aug 2019	15:47 PDT	Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our Engineering Team to address the issue with the Firebase Hosting Metadata service returning errors on new deployments in US-east and Europe based regions, and the error rates are dropping. We will provide another status update by Monday, 2019-08-19 16:30 US/Pacific with current details. Diagnosis: Users may see 500 Internal errors when attempting to deploy. Serving of content from existing deployments is unaffected. Workaround: None at this time.

Serving of content from existing deployments is unaffected. We will provide more information by Monday, 2019-08-19 15:45 US/Pacific. Diagnosis: Users may see 500 Internal errors when attempting to deploy. Serving of content from existing deployments is unaffected. Workaround: None at this time.
