Incident affecting Console

We've received a report of an issue with Firebase Console.

Incident began at 2020-04-08 06:55 and ended at 2020-04-08 09:45 (all times are US/Pacific).

8 Apr 2020	09:45 PDT	We believe the issue with Firebase Console is resolved. The issue was caused by the following incident in which most impact was mitigated at 07:40 US/Pacific: https://status.cloud.google.com/incident/zall/20005 The issue was fully resolved by 08:21 US/Pacific.
8 Apr 2020	09:23 PDT	The issue with Firebase Console has been resolved for all affected users as of Wednesday, 2020-04-08 09:23 US/Pacific.
