Incident affecting Console

Intermittent errors in Firebase Console when adding or modifying billing plans

Incident began at 2020-11-13 11:32 and ended at 2020-11-13 14:27 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with Firebase Console has been resolved for all affected users as of Friday, 2020-11-13 13:56 US/Pacific.

Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team.

We do not have an ETA for mitigation at this point.

We will provide more information by Friday, 2020-11-13 14:30 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: Affected customers receive errors or timeout upon trying to add or modify billing plans.

Workaround: None at this time.

Description: We are experiencing an intermittent issue with Firebase Console when adding or modifying billing plans beginning at Friday, 2020-11-13 10:37 US/Pacific.

Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.

We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption.
