Deployment errors for Cloud Firestore triggers

The issue with the deployment of functions with Cloud Firestore triggers should have been resolved for all affected projects as of 13:16 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

A subset of developers are experiencing an error "Deploy Error: Failed to configure trigger" after they attempt to deploy functions with Cloud Firestore triggers. If you are experiencing this issue, please contact Firebase support (https://firebase.google.com/support/).
