Issue with Firebase Notifications Sent Counts

Incident began at 2018-02-14 22:00 and ended at 2018-02-20 16:20 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with Firebase Notifications Sent count should have been resolved for all affected users as of 16:20 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are still investigating the issue with Firebase Notifications Sent count. There is about 7 hours of delay for sent message counts, but there is no data loss. We will provide another status update as soon as possible.

We are experiencing an issue with Firebase Notifications were users do not get up to date sent message counts for their campaigns. Messages are being sent as usual and the problem is limited to reporting in the analytics funnel. We are working to solve the problem as soon as possible.
