The disruption to Firebase Cloud Messaging is believed to be resolved for all affected projects within users in Asia, or on messages sent to devices connected there as of 17:21 US/Pacific time. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
