The issue has been resolved. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence

We are investigating an issue with Firebase Console affecting Firebase project creation, adding apps (iOS/Android), and adding SHA1 certificates. We will provide more information soon.
