Investigating an issue with Firebase Functions Dashboard.

This issue is resolved now and the Firebase Functions Dashboard should be back to normal for all projects which may have been affected. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are investigating an issue with Firebase Console wherein the Functions dashboard is not loading.
