Submission to support form are failing.
Incident began at 2018-12-13 01:30 and ended at 2018-12-13 11:08 (all times are US/Pacific).

Form submissions are now restored. However, we had to disable confirmation emails to mitigate the issue. Sorry, we'll keep working on a fix for the confirmation emails and update here when corrected. For now, you can confirm your submission was received by visiting https://firebase.google.com/support/ and finding your issue in the history at the bottom.

Around 1:30 AM PST (GMT - 7) we noticed that our support form was no longer accepting submissions. We're investigating root cause and will update when we have a fix.
In the interim, if you have a non-urgent issue, please post a brief summary to our Google Groups list (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/firebase-talk) and we'll help you there. If you have an urgent issue that needs attention while the portal is down, email email@example.com directly. Thanks.
