The issue with Crashlytics where crash reports were delayed by an hour should have been resolved for all affected projects as of 01-22-2019 12:10 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are investigating an issue with Crashlytics. Crash reports are currently delayed by about one hour. We will provide more information soon.
