The issue should be resolved now. A fix has been deployed and we've seen error rates drop back to normal. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are investigating an issue with Cloud Functions where some users are experiencing errors when deploying their functions. We will post an update once more information is available.
