The issue with Functions logs should have been resolved for all affected projects as of 14:21 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are investigating an issue with Functions where logs are delayed showing in the console. We will provide more information by 15:00 US/Pacific.
