Issues with Functions deployment

The issue with Function deployment should have been resolved for all affected projects as of 4:32 PM US/Pacific. If you're still having issues with deployment, please contact Firebase support. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

The Functions incidents are still ongoing and we are continuing our investigation.

We are aware of issues with Functions deployment where users may see a 503 error code or deployment may stall during "waiting for APIs to activate". We are investigating these issues and will provide an update soon.
