Issue with Firebase Realtime Database NSS-103 and NSS-107

We experienced an issue with Firebase Realtime Database where NSS-103 and NSS-107 experienced small downtime starting at 1:55 PM US/Pacific. This has been resolved for all affected projects as of 1:58 PM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
