Issue with Firebase Realtime Database: NSS-136

Incident began at 2017-03-10 08:00 and ended at 2017-03-10 08:40 (all times are US/Pacific).

We experienced an issue with Firebase Realtime Database where NSS-136 saw a brief amount of downtime that started at 8:00 AM US/Pacific and has been resolved for all affected projects as of 8:40 AM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
