Partial Outage for Realtime Database

We had an incident with Realtime Database from 12:15 to 15:07 PST which resulted in downtime for a few customers. It is now resolved. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
